The Bandits Philosophy

The Bandits Baseball & Softball Club is based upon a shared philosophy amongst players, coaches, and parents. Our mission is to provide opportunities and exposure while competing at the highest levels in youth baseball and fastpitch and instilling discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship, honesty and integrity.

We will focus on developing players for high school and showcasing their skills/talents to college coaches and professional scouts.

We will help the players mature into responsible young men and women and teach life lessons through the games of baseball and softball.

Bandits teams and players are expected to conduct themselves in a first-class manner, both on and off the field. Our organization will continually stress good character, sportsmanship, grade, and the importance of respecting the game. Our organization wants players that have the desire to compete with the best.

Program Goals:

1. Provide each player with the opportunity to learn, develop, and improve their baseball/fastpitch skills on a regular basis.
2. Provide each player with an atmosphere that encourages mental, social, and emotional maturity.
3. Field successful teams at all levels.
4. Prepare players for high school and college advancement.

The Bandits are a 501(c)3 non for profit. With this we receive sponsorships from multiple corporations and receive donations from many caring and giving businesses and families.
